Cut to the Chase

Cut to the Chase

Nutrition, straight to the point

The world of health and nutrition is complex. It’s full of new information, misinformation and a lot of false promises. Sometimes you want to know everything there is to know about a given topic, and sometimes, you just want to cut to the chase.

That’s why all of my nutrition posts start with a Cut to the Chase section, like this one:

CUT TO THE CHASE

  • Three to four high level bullet points summarizing key takeaways on the topic.

  • If you do nothing but read these, you’ll know more than you did coming in.

  • But if you’re curious to learn more, there is much more information to follow.

  • Check it out in Confused About Carbs? and stay tuned for future nutrition posts!

Whether you cut to the chase or read the entire post, I hope your curiosity grows alongside your knowledge, and that you’re inspired to evaluate and elevate your current state of health. My goal is to have you think about the total picture — to first identify the causes of habits impacting your health, and then feel empowered to make a change.

As a holistic health coach, I work with clients to dive into their individual health questions, concerns and goals and develop a plan for sustainable lifestyle change. I’d love for you to read more about my approach to holistic health coaching. If you’re interested in learning more, please contact me!
